The Methodology

The RETRA Method is set out to recreate everyday movements; functional fitness is at the heart of what we offer. Our workouts involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups. This style of training builds and sculpts lean functional muscle – twisting, pressing, jumping, pulling, cycling, skiing, rowing, squatting and much more. All of which help you to perform better in your daily life.

RETRA offers screen-based technology, which displays exactly what to do every step of the way. A series of screens mounted around the studio are organised station-by-station for each daily workout. This is then complimented by the guidance and motivation from our on-site, qualified RETRA trainers.

Here at RETRA, we’ve devised a Fitness Journey that encompasses all your Fitness needs. We use a combination of scientifically tested methods to optimise results in every single workout. In just 30 minutes, you’ll blast through a full-body functional workout that changes every day, so you never have to worry about getting bored!
